\n The seasons change fast in the mountains and as the nights get colder our events calendar gets a little shorter! Along with some outdoor Fall celebrations, Summit County has many indoor event options for live music, movies, and theatre. \n<\/p>\n
\n As always, we are excited for this month's First Friday event in Silverthorne<\/a> celebrating all things local! Attend the Locals Appreciation Party for a free beer, wine, and liquor tasting event featuring live music from The Samples and the Chris Bauer Band. This is a free community event, but donations to community non-profits are strongly encouraged. In 2019, the Locals' Appreciation Party raised more than $14,000 for area non-profits. \n<\/p>\n \n The Annual Pumpkin Fest<\/a> is also happening in Silverthorne this weekend. The family-friendly Pumpkin Fest located in Rainbow Park allows guests to explore a giant pumpkin patch along with bounce houses, a face painter, balloon twister, fall-themed crafts, pumpkin painting, and much more! \n<\/p>\n \n Now, here’s what’s going on this week in Summit County…\n<\/p>\n \n Movie Night at the Eclipse Theatre with The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Two present-day tourists stumble into a local bar where things don’t seem quite right… that’s because it’s 1970’s Breckenridge! That’s why VNTRbirds created Babes on Bikes – a women’s mountain bike meet up every month from June through October. Come meet new friends, work on your biking skills and explore new trails.
